Path to Home Ownership: Rent-to-Own to New Home Owner!

Greg's Rent-to-Own program made it possible for me to own the house I presently live in. I called Greg after seeing his advertisement on the internet. He scheduled a meeting and instructed me to take pay stubs, w-2's and the last 2 years tax papers. I recall the first time I met Greg and his office manager John, after looking at my income and earning potential they gave me information and instructions and rented me a house that was affordable and realistic for me to get a mortgage to purchase it. They were reassuring and offered their support. They allowed me to pay the option deposit at a time and amount that was possible for me. I originally started the process to purchase the house with my daughter, when she changes her mind the information I received from Greg and John helped me to know exactly what I needed to do to get a mortgage to purchase the home alone. They also gave me information for a lender they work with, but I found my own lender.

I am now the proud owner of a 3 level, 4 bedroom, single family home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a 4 season room. Living in Greg's Rent-to-Own home while getting familiar with the home and not paying for repairs and cosmetics while working to purchase it gave me peace of mind. Greg has a Project Manager and a team of workers who take care of all repairs and cosmetics. A part of the monthly rent each month including the option deposit went towards saving for my down payment.

I highly recommend Greg's Rent-to-Own program. It worked for me because I trusted myself to stay committed to the program. I worked like hell because I was afraid to fail in the program and ignore the naysayers. I believe Greg's program will work for anyone who is devoted to becoming a home owner.

In June of 2017 my boyfriend and I started looking for houses to either rent or try to own. Honestly, we had both owned homes back in 2004, and didn't think it could happen because of the people who buy cash and flip left us small people with not much opportunity. So when I had gone on craigslist searhing for anything that would be sufficient for our family of four, I saw a listing for QSPS Rent to Own. I saw two different house listings and was very worried that this was a scam. I was excited on the inside hoping it wasn't. I had texted the phone number attached to the listing saying and I quote "is this a scam?" I surprisingly got a text very quickly saying no, go to my website and fill out basic info, watch a video, and you will get a call back. I received a call from Greg within 24hrs and we talked and set up an appointment to sit and talk about understanding what the rent to own process was about. Although there was much much worry holding someones reputation on the fact of whether you would be able to own a house or not, believe me we felt it! However with hope, enough education, and hard work we are proud to say that less than a year later as of May 2018, we are homeowners and it's an amazing feeling to get help to achieve your dreams.

This was the best contracting experience we have had. Greg and Chris established a 5 day completion date and stuck to it. Every day, I knew when they would start and end as well as what would be accomplished. While they were the general contractors, they made sure every aspect of the job was well supervised and supervision was provided throughout the job. Both they and the employees were responsive and concerned about meeting everything we wanted (and then some). They went above and beyond being neat and went the extra mile going beyond the contract requirements. For example, the job specifications included painting the garage once the repairs were made. Not only did they leave the garage cleaner than when they started, they also replaced the wall plug and switch covers to match the paint (not required in the contract). The attention to detail was the best i ever experienced.

I have never met or used this company before I had house damage during this winter and only found them because they were the only contractor to show up despite having several say they would come but never showed. There is no doubt that I will be utilizing their services in the future.
